Please include what the donation is for (e.g. in memory of, computer help, durable medical equipment, tax assistance, transportation, etc).
- For PayPal, this can be done by clicking on the area that says “Donation Reason”.
- For checks this can be put on the memo line.
Note — donations received the first week of a given month will be acknowledged in the Senior Scoop the following month (for example, a donation received on November 7th would be acknowledged in the December Senior Scoop).
Donations should be made by December 31 to be deductible in that year.

How your donation helps
The SFCOA supports the Stow Council on Aging in many ways. Including, but not limited to:
- New vans for the transportation service
- Fuel assistance for seniors
- COA programs: Educational talks, exercise classes, field trips / outings
- Events to prevent isolation: Entertainment, parties / socials
- Amenities for the COA, such as the patio and furniture at the Pompositticut Community Center
