Job descriptions
Provide planning and guidance for The Gift Shop operations and growth to
ensure that the Gift Shop operations support the needs of the COA and
SFCOA.
Reporting directly to a SFCOA Board officer, the Coordinator works closely
with members of the COA and collaborates all related Gift Shop planning
activities.
Responsibilities
- Volunteers as needed to meet with the COA and SFCOA Board members
- Coordinates with the COA Front Desk regarding the purchase transactions and record (if no POS available) necessary transactional information.
- Oversees products and inventory.
- Ensure that all articles are properly priced and displayed including a focus on seasonal articles.
- Enhance presentation to meet the needs of the public.
Experience
- Self-motivated.
- Enjoys working on their own and with a team.
- Does not hesitate to ask for assistance.
- Planning experience would be a plus..
- Past experiences with resale, custom and homemade articles a plus.
